I want to make skins on Bebo, and they gave me the link to the Adobe Downloads, but I dun know which Photoshop to download!

CS3 would be the typical PhotoShop product.

But if you're not doing publishing work you may want to consider using the GIMP or gimpshop which would cost nothing.

The CS3 Design Premium bundle offers better value for money though, so I'd purchase that if you were going to be doing anything serious on the web.
