How do i use my photoshop shapes that i have downloaded in photoshop?

Ive dowloaded shapes for my photoshop but am not sure how to use them in there. Help please.

If they are brushes, make sure you extract them to that file (C drive%26gt;program files%26gt;adobe%26gt;photoshop%26gt;presets%26gt;brushes%26gt;ph... only) and then in photoshop, when you go to select your brush type, there's a little arrow. Click that and click 'load brushes' and select the brushes you just downloaded.
