fix videos...i took videos at a concert yesterday and it's all like static sounding so can photoshop fix this or not...and if it can't do you know anything that can fix it so it's not staticish??

Photoshop edits images, no audio. Look for something like SoundForge, or when you play the video, just mute the audio to avoid the static.

nope check the first word of that program, here is a hint 'photo' designed to edit photos and make websites.
u would need to get something like sony vega suite or if u google for video editting software, there is lots of guides out there example http://www.videohelp.com
photoshop is only photos but adobe does make a vidio edit softwear that had static reducer its a little hard to find in the program so play around with it
Photoshop can't edit audio. There are a couple programs out there to try to fix the audio but it still won't do much and it will be barely noticeable. You're basically stuck with the quality you have now.
