How do I add add-ons to Photoshop? I have Photoshop Elements 5.0 and I've downloaded the add-ons that I want to add but I don't know where to go from here. Please give me step by step instructions about what to do next....thank you!

Are you talking about plug-ins? If so, place them in the plug-ins folder:
C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop Elements/Plug-Ins
If they are new brushes or shapes, etc. place them in the appropriate folder under Presets.
C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop Elements/Presets
