I've just downloaded photoshop cs3, but whenever i click on the setup it installs normally, and when I try to launch photoshop nothing happens. I've tried this a million times, I've also deleted it and re downloaded it again from a different site, the same thing occurs. HElp!

Your computer probably doesn't meet the requirements to run CS3. That's the most common issue. Usually it's that you don't have enough RAM installed. Do you know what your computer configuration is? How much RAM? what processor? What version of the operating system?
