thers a button for making text in photoshop but it doesnt look really good. i need to make my text small and sharp... so yeah. someone please help...

small and sharp? not quite sure what you mean, but you can just change your font and font size and color so that it looks good with the rest of your picture, also you can make a path and type on it or use warp text to get the desired effect.
